*All equipment must be locked in your vehicle with the ammunition locked in a separate container/area (ie: trunk or glove box) when not in use.
**Valid PA fishing licenses are required for anyone 16 and older. They can be obtained at Bittner's Sports in nearby Trout Run.
***Helpful for the nightly Ice Cream Bar, ice, firewood, the speaker honorarium, and Trail's End Camp Store.

Before Camp
Acceptance and Participation
Rules for acceptance and partcipation in the program are the same for everyone regardless of religion, race, color, or national origin. Camp Susque does reserve the right to dismiss any camper who, by administration's judgment, consistently or grossly violates Camp Susque's regulations in a manner detrimental to the good or safety of any persons or property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to and including March 31 are totally refundable. Cancellations made after March 31 must be made seven days prior to arrival. At that time, all monies except the deposit are refunded. If cancellations occur within seven days before the start of the Family Camp session, no monies are refundable.
Once your family has cancelled, you have given up all rights to that spot and the privilege of pre-registering for the next summer.

Camp Office Hours
The Office is open from 9:30-5:30 Monday-Friday. If you have any questions or wish to purchase ice or firewood, stop in and we'll be glad to help!

Laundry
A laundromat is just a few miles down the road in Trout Run.
Ice & Firewood
Ice and firewood are available for purchase at the Office.
Sundries at the Camp Store
Our Camp Store, Trail's End, is open every day. It is stocked with an assortment of camp memorabilia, clothing, and other necessities (toothbrush, batteries) that you may need during your stay.
Activity Classes
Activity classes are offered during Homeschool Family Camp. Classes offered in the past include riflery, pottery, rocketry, and canoeing.
Computers and Wifi
Susque does not have computers for general use. We do have wifi.
Cell Service
Susque has excellent reception for Verizon and AT&T.
Dogs
Dogs are permitted during Family Camp, as long as the following guidelines are adhered to:
- Dogs must be kept on a leash or in a kennel under your supervision at all times.
- Clean up is your responsibility.
Visitors
You can certainly have visitors at Family Camp. They must check into the Office first and pay the Day Use Fee ($18/day).
Personal Sporting Equipment
You may bring personal sporting equipment such as rifles, bows and arrows, and fishing gear. Throughout the week, we open the Rifle and Archery Ranges for target practice. Target sport equipment must be locked in your car with the ammunition locked in a separate container/area (ie: trunk or glove box) when not in use.
After Camp
Lost Items
We are unable to return clothing that is left at camp. Clothing that is left behind is washed and donated.
In the rare event that we can locate a valuable item such as a camera, you must pay the shipping costs to have the item mailed back to you.
