Arriving at Susque

How Check-in Works for Fall-Spring Programs

  1. Upon arriving at Susque, you will park in the main parking lot.
  2. If you need to pay off your balance, you may do so in the Office.
  3. Parents should accompany their students to the first meeting of each class to check in. Signs in the parking lot will direct you where to go.

How Check-in Works for Summer Programs

  1. Upon arriving at Susque, you will park in the main parking lot.
  2. Take any form of payment you need to pay off your balance and proceed toward our Check-In station. The Check-In station is located in the center of our Office building. Look for signs.
  3. At the Check-In station, you will:
    1. Sign in
    2. Pay off any remaining balances
    3. Be issued a badge, lanyard, etc
    4. Have the opportunity to visit Trail's End, the Camp Store.
    5. Meet your program leader and be issued further instructions.

Departing from Susque

How Check-out Works for Fall-Spring Programs

During the Fall-Spring, it is the parent's responsibility to ensure that children are picked up safely and on time.

How Check-out Works for Summer Programs

  1. You will wrap up your program by returning to the Check-In station.
  2. At the Check-In station, you will sign out and hand back in your badge, lanyard, etc.
