Camp Susque is proud to present our very first Day Camp program. Day campers will experience many of the activities and experiences found in our overnight camps but still be able to sleep in their own bed at night! Campers entering 2nd through 5th grade are eligible for this new program.
Campers will spend most of their time at our Day Camp campus just outside of Williamsport and travel to Camp Susque for various activities in the afternoon. Activities include:
In 2017, two sessions of Day Camp are available. Both sessions are Monday-Friday from 9:00AM to 4PM. Parents are invited to an evening program and cookout on Thursday evening. Day Camp sessions are co-ed and campers are cared for by our compassionate and well-trained staff. Camp Susque has 70 years of experience running high-quality camps that provide great opportunities for personal and spiritual growth. Camp Susque is held to the highest standards in camping by the American Camp Association and fulfills more than 300 separate standards required by ACA.

Frequently Asked Questions (see general Camp Susque FAQ by clicking here, below questions are specific to Day Camp programs)
Q: When do I drop-off my child?
A: Drop-off begins at 8:30AM and ends promptly at 9:00AM
Q: When do I pick-up my child?
A: Pickup is at 4PM.
Q: Will lunch be provided?
A: Yes, Camp Susque will provide a delicious and well balanced lunch, as well as snack options throughout the day. Please note any dietary restrictions on Camp Health form via your CampInTouch account.
Q: What medical care is provided?
A: All counselors are trained in basic First-Aid and CPR, and Camp Susque has a registered nurse on duty and fully stocked infirmary, as well as previous arrangements made with health providers in Williamsport for emergencies. In case of illness or significant medical event, parents will be notified immediately.
Q: How do I register?
A: You will need to begin by having a CampInTouch account. Once you have created an account, you can apply for the program options that are available for your child.
Please note that a $100 per week, per camper non-refundable, non-transferable deposit must accompany your camper's application form.
For more information or to sign up, visit our Summer Camp & Wilderness Trip Registration page.
Q: Is the deposit part of the entire cost of camp?
A: Yes. Once the deposit is paid, your remaining balance is the total cost of that session minus the deposit. (For ex: if your child's session costs $200, you will pay $100 when you enroll, and owe $100 due upon your camper's first arrival for that session.)
Q: When is my balance due?
A: Upon camper's first arrival for your camper's session. To expedite your check-in process, however, we suggest you pay it ahead of time.
You can check and pay off your balance by logging in to your CampInTouch account.
Q: What if my child wants to come to a week that is full?
A: If you want to apply for a session that is full, please submit an application form, but do not pay. Your child will be placed on a waiting list and notified when an opening becomes available. At that time you will send in your deposit.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the registered camp date allows for a full refund of any monies paid, minus the non-refundable deposit. After that date, all monies paid are non-refundable.
Q: What if my child is sick or must miss a day?
A: An emergency contact number is provided to all camper parents. Please use this number to let us know as soon as possible if any camper is going to be missing a day. In the event of a camper not showing up, we will contact the parent, guardian, or listed emergency contact immediately following drop-off time.
Q: What if I am running late to pick-up or drop-off?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible if you realize you are going to be late. Late pick-ups and drop-offs add additional stress to our program and staff, and may result in a Day Camp surcharge.
Q: Will Camp Susque provide transportation for my camper?
A: Camp Susque will provide safe transportation to and from any field trips or off-site activities for campers. Camp Susque will not provide pick-up or drop-off transportation for daily arrival and departure.
